Today I’m excited to share our garage renovation design inspiration with y’all! • Randi - This may make me a copy cat, but I may have to convince Jeff to change our garage doors to black since our shutters and front door are already black.ReplyCancel

    • Robyn Van Dyke - Haha! Yay! So happy to hear you love the black garage doors idea too! ๐Ÿ™‚ReplyCancel

  • Abigail Jackson - Yes! Do the black garage!! ๐Ÿ˜€ I really wanted a stained wood door, but Jon vetoed it because our trim is white. Your garage will look amazing and classy! Let me know if you need some lighting sources! ๐Ÿ˜€ <3ReplyCancel

    • Robyn Van Dyke - Thanks, Abigail!! Your home is so beautiful!! ๐Ÿ™‚ReplyCancel

  • Sylvia - I think the black garage doors are neat. It is so nice to find pictures that you can see ahead of a project.

We continue to work out the bugs in our new home and are positive that soon
(6 months) everything will be complete. We are putting in an attic staircase, built ins for the office. Couches and carpeting has been ordered, drapes have been ordered and are in and ready to be hemmed, three bedrooms painted along with great room, kitchen, and dining.ReplyCancel

    • Robyn Van Dyke - Thank you, Sylvia! I’m sure you are ready to be settled. I can’t wait to see your new place!! ๐Ÿ™‚ Praying that the finishing touches go smoothly!ReplyCancel

  • Karen Rossler - I love the black carriage doors! My sister put them on her garage and her (brick) home looks amazing. So amazing, that when I visited her this summer, I drove right past her house! Ha! Didn’t even recognize her home.

My husband and I were toying with the idea of white doors with windows. Sadly, I think we will have to forego them. Our garage faces east, and the sun is so strong here in the South Cackalacky Lowcountry, I think our garage would spontaneously combust!

So I’l live vicariously and enjoy yours and my sister’s garage doors. ๐Ÿ™‚ReplyCancel

    • Robyn Van Dyke - Thank you, Karen! ๐Ÿ™‚ReplyCancel
